Job descriptionEnsure clients operate within the terms of their facility. Understand client operations, processes, and current position via system metrics; maintain good communication with administration and credit control. Escalate all risk issues promptly. Conduct internal reviews and visit clients according to company guidelines and timelines. Log complaints, respond, and escalate as necessary. Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge. Client reviews conducted on time. Value of bad debts and provisions made. Growth of the income portfolio. Number of clients giving notice of risk of leaving. Number of cross-sell opportunities or introductions. Feedback from internal teams and clients. Follow all necessary processes. Support new business development to maximize new client acquisition. Comply with AML regulations. Carry out other duties as required.

Role responsibilities :
- First line responsibility for managing the risk relationship and remuneration of clients within a defined portfolio.
- Identify and minimise risk and maximise revenue opportunities through responsible and proactive account management in line with company policies and procedures.
