Your Role

As Guest

Experience Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our guest journey—curating

tailored, thoughtful, and truly bespoke experiences from arrival through to

departure. You’ll work closely with teams across the hotel to ensure every

detail exceeds expectations, managing key moments and interactions with a

personal, polished approach.

You’ll

also lead our Duty Manager team, acting as the key connector across departments

to deliver

consistently

seamless service in line with LQA and Fife Arms standards .

What

You'll Be Doing

  • Designing and

coordinating elevated, personalised guest experiences with creativity and

flair.

  • Anticipating guest needs
  • and identifying opportunities to surprise and delight.

  • Organising bespoke
  • moments, from engagement celebrations to unique Scottish Highland

    adventures.

  • Being a visible presence
  • throughout the hotel—engaging with guests, supporting staff, and enhancing

    every aspect of the stay.

  • Leading the Duty Manager
  • team and ensuring smooth cross-departmental collaboration.

    Who We're

    Looking For

  • Experience in a similar
  • luxury hospitality role, ideally with LQA or Forbes background.

  • Confident using Opera
  • Cloud, Simphony, and SevenRooms.

  • Passionate about
  • hospitality with a natural, guest-focused approach.

  • A calm, composed leader
  • who thrives in a dynamic environment.

  • Creative, curious, and
  • enthusiastic—someone who finds joy in storytelling and detail.
