We are looking for a permanent Warehouse / Fine Art Packer for our client based in Crawley.
Hours : Monday - Friday 08 : 00 - 17 : 00 Salary : £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
Duties :
- Professional handling, packing and crating of sensitive and valuables
- Packing and crating for local, domestic and international transport
- Professionally and efficiently wrap, load, span, tie in artworks within a truck / container to keep them safe and stable during transport
- Inspecting of products to determine how, where, when, or if, to touch them and how to pack for transport
- Visit client premises to conduct site surveys, to ascertain access, best practises etc
- Expertly Installing products, sculptures and high-end furniture
- Efficiently handling paperwork including bills of lading, labelling, timesheets and detailed condition reports with photos
- Communicating with operations team throughout the day
- Thorough understanding and use of proper packing materials for all surfaces
