Finance Assistant Responsibilities :
Maintaining and managing purchase ledger accountsTimely and accurate processing of purchase ledger invoicesExpense processingEnsure vendor accounts are accurately reconciledManage any vendor queriesAllocating paymentsMaintaining spend registers in supporting control of major expenditure such as transport and energy costsAssist with month end and year end closing processesOther ad hoc finance support including holiday coverRequired Skills & Experience :
