Office Based Role

Required Experience :

Solid previous experience in ocean freight is required, along with familiarity with shipping lanes and ISF filings. A comprehensive understanding of all operational aspects of ocean export is essential. Proficiency in LCL and FCL services, as well as systems like CNS, Destin8, Sequoia (or similar), and Boxtop, is necessary. Candidates must be skilled in standard software packages, particularly MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, and possess strong people management abilities. Excellent customer service and communication skills are also crucial.
