Plant Operative / Fork Lift Driver

Contract Personnel are currently recruiting for Plant Operatives / Fork Lift Drivers based in the outskirts of Norwich for an upcoming project, working with a company who aids the transition to Net Zero and help mitigate the impacts of Climate Change by providing carbon-negative and carbon-removing energy solutions. Own transport is essential due to site location. This is an excellent opportunity with the potential to be offered a permanent contract. Experience required : Must hold a valid Counterbalance and / or Reach Certificate - absolutely essentialPrevious plant machinery experience - preferredFirst Aid at Work or Emergency First AidClear and concise communicationDuties and responsibilities will include : Being the point of contact for deliveries to and from site, ensuring compliance with site protocolsConducting material handling on siteResponsible for managing feedstock loading into the SG100.01Responsible for managing Char and skip exchangesResponsible for daily plant inspectionsShift pattern : The ideal candidate will be flexible to work overtime and additional shifts if required, and work days and nightsShift pattern TBC07 : 00 - 19 : 00 AND 19 : 00 - 07 : 00 - must be able to work both shiftsBenefits of working through Contract Personnel include : Weekly pay direct into your bank account every Friday (PAYE)Dedicated team to look after you during your assignmentWe work with multiple clients across Norfolk & Suffolk meaning we can offer you alternative work at short noticeTo apply, contact the Industrial Team @ Contract Personnel, Norwich
