Job Overview

Role : Revenue Growth Specialist, UK – Focus on Defence and Security

Mission : Our client, a leading name in cybersecurity, is seeking a skilled professional to drive revenue growth by partnering with organisations in the military, defence, policing, and security sectors. You will work closely with key stakeholders to address critical operational, regulatory, and security challenges, ensuring compliance and resilience in these essential industries.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Manage and grow strategic accounts within the military, defence, and security sectors across the UK.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned organisations, fostering trusted relationships.
  • Deliver tailored, high-quality customer experiences on behalf of our client.
  • Conduct regular reviews to ensure alignment with client objectives, risks, and operational needs.
  • Expand networks by participating in industry events, forums, and security-focused engagements.

Business Development

  • Develop expertise in our client’s product portfolio, focusing on solutions that address the unique challenges of the defence and security sectors.
  • Stay informed about trends, regulations, and developments in the UK military, defence, and cybersecurity landscapes.
  • Collaborate with clients to present solutions that address operational resilience, compliance, and secure communications.
  • Achieve year-on-year revenue growth targets through strategic business development efforts.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and ensure all activities are recorded in our client’s CRM system.
  • Sales Operations and Process

  • Ensure timely payment of customer invoices and manage the invoicing process on behalf of our client.
  • Support marketing campaigns and events targeting the defence and security sectors to drive brand visibility and revenue.
  • Create and execute strategic sales plans tailored to the unique needs of defence and security clients.
  • Follow established sales processes to ensure consistent and effective results.
  • Additional Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed targets, KPIs, and objectives set by our client for the defence and security sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across internal teams and sector-specific organisations.
  • Represent our client as a trusted cybersecurity partner for UK military, defence, and policing organisations.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the client’s management team.
