Progressive Science DepartmentA forward-thinking school in Kensington is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Physics Teacher to join their supportive and well-resourced Science department.   • Deliver engaging and challenging Physics lessons across Key Stages 3-4 (and potentially KS5).
  • Inspire students to develop a deep understanding and appreciation for fundamental physical concepts within Physics.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues within the Science department to share best practice and enhance the Physics curriculum.
  • Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress in Physics.
  • Potentially contribute to extracurricular Physics clubs or science-related projects.We Offer :

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with a specialism in Physics.
  • Degree in Physics or a related field.
  • Proven experience teaching Physics at secondary level (ECTs welcome to apply), with A-Level experience being advantageous.
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for the subject of Physics.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to make complex ideas in Physics understandable.
  • A commitment to fostering scientific inquiry and a love of Physics
