The Role : Senior Sales Executive – Business Development

As our Senior Sales Executive, you’ll lead proactive sales efforts to drive revenue across meetings, events, banqueting, and corporate segments. You’ll be the face of our hotel to key clients, identifying new business opportunities and nurturing strong partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute business development strategies that deliver results

Proactively source new clients through networking, research, and outreach

Manage and grow relationships with both new and existing accounts

Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure client satisfaction and seamless event delivery

Track market trends and identify growth opportunities

Deliver engaging client presentations and sales pitches

Monitor KPIs and provide regular reports to hotel leadership

Maintain accurate records in our CRM system

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in hospitality sales, ideally in meetings, events, or corporate contracts

A results-driven approach and passion for exceeding targets

Strong relationship-building and account management skills

Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills

Commercial awareness and ability to analyze market data

Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Flexibility to travel for client meetings and events as needed
