OUR CLIENT are a growing residential property / development management company who operate across the country. Due to continuous growth and new instructions, they are looking for a bright and hard working Assistant Client Accountant to assist Client Accountants in their busy London Office.

THE ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES for an Assistant Client Accountant will include :

• Processing completion statements and lease assignments.
• Ad hoc charge raising.
• Raising and sending service charge demands.
• Handling tenants’ queries.
• Solving bank reconciliation queries.
• Reviewing the reserve funds.
• Carrying out any adhoc duties as and when required.
