Own the Plan
Develop, maintain, and evolve the Environmental Management Plan, ensuring it’s not just a document, but a living, breathing part of the project’s success.
Collaborate to Succeed
Work hand-in-hand with engineers, site teams, and stakeholders to embed environmental thinking into every decision and build strong, lasting relationships.
Who We’re Looking For :
Experienced & Ready
You’ve worked in civil engineering, consultancy, or a specialist environmental role and are confident managing environmental responsibilities on complex infrastructure projects.
Big Picture Thinker
You understand how environmental design impacts people, places, and projects – and you know how to balance ambition with practicality.
Professionally Qualified
You’re an IEMA Practitioner or above (Chartered is a big plus), and you bring both technical know-how and a passion for sustainability.
Solutions-Focused
You’re proactive, calm under pressure, and always looking for smart, effective ways to solve problems and reduce environmental risk.
Clear Communicator
You’re great at building trust, influencing others, and making environmental priorities clear and compelling to a wide range of people.
