Receptionist – Full Time

This role is based at Five Lakes ~ Maldon, ESSEX CM9 8HX

Job Description

About the Receptionist role :

  • Welcoming guests to the Resort
  • Provide amazing customer service to all of our guests
  • Responding to day-to-day enquiries
  • Ensuring that guest information and welcome packs are correct and ready for our Guests' arrival on Resort
  • Having a strong Resort knowledge
  • Dealing with guests' queries either face-to-face, by email, and over the telephone
  • Completing daily administrative duties
  • Using in-house systems, alongside Word and Excel

Hours of work :

  • A part-time position working 24-40 hours per week
  • All straight shifts
  • Reception is open between the hours of 8am – 10pm, 7 days per week

    • You will take personal pride in :

  • Being a friendly and approachable team member, helping guests with any questions or queries they may have
  • Ensuring that the reception is kept clean and presentable, creating a professional first impression
  • Being self-motivated with a positive outlook and a passion to do your best
  • Having excellent organisational skills
  • Promoting teamwork by establishing strong working relationships with those around you, by treating your colleagues with respect

    Rates of pay - Based upon age :

  • 12.21 per hr (Over 21)
  • 10.00 per hour – 18 - 20 years old
