Job Description :

Purpose : Deichmann is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Retail Supervisor to join our Hanley store team. You will support the store management team and deliver an exceptional shopping experience to customers.

You will be offered a competitive hourly rate of up to £13.41 plus non-contractual hourly sales commission. This is a part-time, permanent position, contracted for 25 hours per week.

Ideal Candidate : Energetic, driven, passionate about retail, with previous supervisory experience and a positive attitude towards customer service. Able to lead a team, work on a fast-paced shop floor, and stay calm under pressure.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and supervise the store team in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Open & close the store, including cashing up and administrative duties.
• Provide excellent customer service and demonstrate strong product knowledge.
• Promote products and suggestive selling.
• Assist management in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Support team members as needed.
• Ensure proper merchandising and attractive product displays.
• Process stock deliveries and transfers.
• Handle customer queries and complaints.
