We're working with a leading law firm looking to hire a Senior Client Account Specialist to manage billing and collections for a key group of partners and practice areas. This is a senior, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a client-focused, fast-paced environment and enjoys working across multiple finance functions.

Key responsibilities :

Oversee the full billing and collection cycle for assigned partners, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and client complianceRegularly monitor AR reports, follow up on unpaid invoices, and resolve underpaymentsPrepare detailed client invoices, ensuring adherence to Outside Counsel Guidelines and engagement termsSubmit e-bills using Billblast or other client platforms and track processing updatesSupport system updates and test billing functionalities for finance improvementsLead monthly billing and AR review meetings with partners, providing insights and guidanceMaintain clear documentation of partner billing expectations and client-specific requirementsCollaborate with internal finance teams to improve reporting and billing workflows

About you :

Legal billing / revenue / client account experience, in a law firm environmentAdvanced Excel and confident communication skillsStrong client service mindset with a keen eye for accuracy and process improvementProactive and organised, with the ability to manage complex financial matters independently
