Shifts : 3-Shift Rotation (Days, Afternoons, Nights)

Industry : FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods)

We're seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join our leading manufacturing site. Working on a 3-shift pattern, you'll be part of a dynamic team focused on minimizing downtime and maximizing production efficiency.

Responsibilities :

Performing planned and reactive maintenance on production and packaging equipment
Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues to ensure smooth operations
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis
Collaborating with production teams to meet safety, efficiency, and quality standards
Documenting maintenance activities and contributing to asset care strategies

Candidate Requirements :

Time-served engineer with a recognised qualification (NVQ Level 3, HNC, or equivalent)

Experience in high-speed FMCG, food, beverage, or pharmaceutical manufacturing environments

Strong fault-finding skills in mechanical and electrical systems

A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, shift-based environment

Knowledge of PLCs and automated systems is advantageous
