DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We’re seeking an Internal Sales Specialist – Palo Alto Networks to support our sales team and manage partner / vendor relationships, with a primary focus on Palo Alto Networks solutions. In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing quotes and proposals, maintaining accurate CRM data, coordinating logistics, and assisting in sales initiatives. You’ll also help onboard new partners, deliver internal training sessions specific to Palo Alto Networks technologies, and promote EXN services in alignment with Palo Alto Networks offerings.
Ideal candidates have experience in IT sales support, solid Excel and CRM skills, and a basic understanding of IT and cybersecurity.
As the Internal Product Sales Specialist , you will :
Supporting internal sales teams to prepare and deliver quotes and commercial offers
Coordinating daily communication with vendors and partners.
Managing and updating CRM data to ensure process transparency.
Following up on orders and handling basic logistics tasks.
Supporting wider product team in day-to-day operations.
Management and maintenance of internal vendor pricelist
Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the IT partner network.
Helping drive sales initiatives in collaboration with vendors and partners.
Presenting solutions and value propositions to partners and customers.
Managing the recruitment, onboarding and development of new partners
Delivering training to internal sales teams
Positioning our EXN services offering (technical and commercial) to partners and vendors at any relevant opportunity
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in IT distribution or sales support.
Basic knowledge of IT and cybersecurity terminology.
Familiarity with CRM systems and very good Excel skills.
Communicative English.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and team-focused.
Ideal skills and experience :
Knowledge of IT Industry – knowledge of our vendors would be excellent
