Key Responsibilities

  • Work as part of the workplace team – deputising for the Workplace Lead, providing seamless and effective delivery of all customer-facing service lines to include; meeting room and visitor management, Reception Desk, Hospitality, Housekeeping, Email Management and Events
  • Assisting Workplace Lead in driving the workplace forward through supporting additional day to day operational duties
  • Engage with all key stakeholders to ensure a collaborative and efficient and swift response to all service requests
  • Manage food consumables (such as the snacking programme) and stock levels
  • Effectively deal with all client requests and enquiries exceeding expectations in all areas of the operations
  • As a brand ambassador for ISS, you will be responsible in ensuring that all client site procedures and standards are met
  • Coordination of all queries and helpdesk tickets from the customer, ensuring all actions are tracked, distributed and closed off within a timely manor

Professional and Personal Competencies / Qualifications

  • Can adapt to different working environments and manages time efficiently to drive a greater workplace
  • A team player who supports in driving collaboration for both the onsite team and the customer
  • Knowledge in hospitality and event coordination
  • Relevant corporate / hospitality / customer service experience
  • Ideally have experience working with systems (e.g. MS Office)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
