IT Service Desk 2nd Line Engineer

Your role with us :
This role will be responsible for providing second line technical support and resolving complex IT issues for our internal stakeholders.
We are looking for people who have :
- Significant experience working in a similar role providing second line technical support in a corporate IT environment.
- Strong technical expertise in troubleshooting and resolving IT issues across multiple platforms, including Windows and macOS.
- Excellent communications skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non technical stakeholders.
- ITIL certification or knowledge of IT service management best practices.
- The technical expertise to thrive in a fast paced environment.
We are looking for people who are :
Qualified to degree level in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.Proficient in diagnosing and resolving hardware software and network related problems, including experience with Active Directory, Office 365 and other enterprise systems.Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team oriented environment, with a proactive approach to problem solving and decision making.Passionate about delivering excellent IT support.More information and employee benefits :
