Working pattern : 12.25-hour shifts patterns. Covering both day and night shifts. Monday to Sunday

Pay :

• 13.18 Weekday / £14.39 Weekend Day
• 12.40 Sleep Week / £13.24 Sleep Weekend
• 14.18 Wake Week / £15.81 Wake Weekend

I’m a gentleman in my 70’S who sustained a severe brain injury several years ago, I have my own adapted property in Cwmbran and receive 2 : 1 support, 24 hours a day. (During the night one member of staff is awake, one member of staff is on call). I am a wheelchair user and hoisted for all transfers. I enjoy the company of others and have a good sense of humour. I like to watch TV, listen to podcasts and go out into the community, eg attending hydrotherapy.

I have complex physical and cognitive difficulties and receive input from a multi-disciplinary team of therapists. I’m unable to communicate verbally and have all my feeds via a PEG.
