Fee Earner - Counter Fraud

Our client is seeking a Solicitor / Legal Executive / Paralegal / Litigation Executive with experience in Motor Fraud to join its growing team national team. You will be part of a fast-growing practice specialising in insurance and non-insurance fraud disputes, including motor and organised frauds. The role involves managing your own caseload, working closely with clients, and handling all aspects of the litigation process.

Job Title : Solicitor / Paralegal / Litigation Executive

Location : Remote

Salary : Up to £45,000

Previous Experience : Managing own caseload of litigated Defendant RTA files.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage a full caseload of motor fraud claims.
• Conduct investigations, take witness statements, and review medical records.
• Secure required documentation and evidence from claimant representatives.
• Draft legal documents, reports, and client advice.
• Attend court, pre-trial meetings, and adhere to court timetables.
• Participate in marketing and business development activities.
