NC Programmer

Position Summary

Magellan Aerospace Blackpool has an exciting opportunity for an NC Programmer.

• Full Time Permanent Contract
• 40 hours per week
• Mon-Thu 7 : 30am – 4 : 30pm / Fri 7 : 30am – 1 : 30pm
• Job location : Blackpool Business Park, Amy Johnson Way, Blackpool, FY4 2RP
• Unionised site – works in partnership with Unite the Union
• This role is governed by ITAR, restrictions may apply

The purpose of the role is to interpret customers’ specifications and engineering drawings and to engineer components using NC Programming / Verifying techniques. In addition, the role will involve driving down over capacity on machines to meet the company’s continuous improvement targets.
