Key Responsibilities :

Teach English across KS3 & KS4 delivering engaging and highquality lessons.
Plan and deliver wellstructured lessons that inspire challenge and support students.
Use datadriven assessment methods to monitor progress and provide feedback.
Contribute to the departments curriculum development and extracurricular activities.
Maintain high expectations for student behaviour achievement and engagement.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to support student learning and progress.

Requirements :

Qualified English Teacher with the ability to teach at KS3 & KS4.

Holds a formal teaching qualification with QTS (e.g. PGCE).

Strong classroom management skills and a passion for teaching English.

Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Open to experienced teachers ECTs and overseastrained teachers with QTS.
