VANRATH have partnered with one of the UK's largest dealerships. The organisation is recruiting a Business Manager, covering New & Used motor sales .

This is a fantastic opportunity for any Motor Industry experienced individual to join a longstanding company that offers many routes for progression.

Reporting to : General Sales Manager

Place of work is Craigavon, this is a Permanent role with 40 working hours per week.

Salary

34,176 + Bonus (£53,745 OTE) + Company Car + Fantastic benefits, company pension scheme, 33 days holidays.

We have a great opportunity for a Business Manager (New & Used) to join us. Your job is to drive the standard in customer care and provide financial guidance and make the necessary arrangements for small businesses and private customer vehicle transactions. You'll provide and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and help the dealership meet and exceed targets through the delivery of exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities :

• Anticipate and identify customer needs and meet and exceed them by relationship building and taking responsibility for resolving customer issues and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Work with customers to the highest ethical and professional standards to build long-term profitable relationships.
• Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and communicate this appropriately with customers.
• Be a Subject Matter expert, supporting colleagues with knowledge, skills and expertise to improve business performance and profit.
• Identify opportunities for reducing waste / inefficiency or improving quality.
• Maximise opportunities to provide an effective financial solution for a range of customers.
• Help the Sales team maximise profitability on all product and service stock.
• Provide a customer-focused approach to help as many people enjoy their motoring experience.
• Give the diverse customer base a positive impression of themselves and the company.
