Academics are working with a fantastic Stoke Primary School who are committed to providing an outstanding education for all our pupils.The primary school offers a supportive and collaborative environment, where both staff and pupils can thrive.

Role Overview :

Academics are looking for a dynamic and flexible PPA Cover primary Teacher to work 2 days per week from September until February half term. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons across various year groups, ensuring continuity of learning during teachers' planning, preparation, and assessment (PPA) time.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons across different primary year groups.
  • Follow the school’s curriculum and planning, adapting as necessary to meet the needs of all students.
  • Maintain a positive learning environment, managing behaviour in accordance with school policies.
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a consistent approach to teaching and learning.
  • Provide feedback and assessment to support pupil progress.

    • Requirements :

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Proven experience teaching in a primary school setting.
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate pupils.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work across various year groups.
