We are looking for a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team and provide high-quality, person-centred end-of-life care to our residents. This is a deeply rewarding role where your support and presence can bring comfort and dignity during life’s final stage.

Your Role Will Include :

Supporting residents with personal care such as washing, dressing, and repositioning

Providing emotional comfort and reassurance to residents and their families

Assisting with meals and hydration according to individual needs

Ensuring residents are comfortable and cared for in line with their wishes

Working alongside senior carers, nurses, and healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated care

Maintaining a clean, calm, and respectful environment at all times

What We’re Looking For :

Genuine compassion and sensitivity when supporting others

Good communication and teamwork skills

Willingness to learn and follow care plans and guidance

Reliability and a positive, respectful attitude

Desirable (but not essential) :

Previous experience in a care role or end-of-life / palliative care

Care Certificate or NVQ / QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it)

Training in moving and handling, dignity in care, or similar
