As a Nurse your key duties include :
Responsible for driving and running the unit alongside clinical duties in the home. This includes observation, medication, reviewing and evaluating individual care plans, and providing clinical guidance to the care team and delivering best practice continuallyAccountable for making sure policies and standards meet our high clinical standard and offering clinical guidance to the whole care team, being crucial in helping with all CQC tasksYou’ll forge a real connection with our residents and their family, giving them the kindness and support and care they deserveTaking responsibility for the well-being of our residents and making sure their physical, emotional and social needs are metCoaching and guiding the team, providing formal and informal teaching programmes for colleagues and other care professionalsCarrying out assessments and developing, implementing and evaluating individualised care plans for each of our residentsMonitoring work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to the relevant standards, policies and legislationThe following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role :
Ability to lead a team of care staffPassionate about delivering great care and supporting the residents and their familiesA team player who engages well with othersAble to communicate effectively at all levelsAble to demonstrate awareness and understanding of the CI / CQQ / RQIA National Care StandardsDemonstrate an understanding and application of relevant legislation in relation to the roleAble to deliver nursing care in a clinical environmentThe successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary up to £19.97 per hour and the annual salary is up to £45,691.36 per annum.
