Job Description :
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Primary Teacher with a specialisation in managing challenging behaviour to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of creating and maintaining a positive, inclusive classroom environment while effectively addressing and managing challenging behaviours.
Key Responsibilities :
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the diverse needs of all students.
Implement behaviour management strategies to create a positive and safe learning environment.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and tailored support.
Develop and maintain individualised education plans (IEPs) for students with behavioural needs.
Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and external professionals to support student development.
Participate in professional development opportunities focused on behaviour management and inclusive education.
Foster a culture of respect, empathy, and resilience within the classroom and school community.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Experience teaching in a primary school setting, with a focus on managing challenging behaviour.
Strong knowledge of behaviour management techniques and inclusive teaching practices.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for inclusive education.
