Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Class 2 Driver in Ellesmere Port for a multi-drop position. As a Class 2 Driver, you will be responsible for delivering goods to various locations, ensuring timely and safe transportation.
Responsibilities
- Conducting pre-trip inspections of the vehicle and ensuring it is in good working order before each shift
- Safely and accurately loading and unloading goods from the vehicle
- Planning routes and ensuring efficient delivery of goods
- Completing delivery paperwork and maintaining accurate records
- Adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating the vehicle
- Communicating with dispatch to provide updates on delivery progress
- Providing excellent customer service and representing the company in a professional manner
Requirements
Min of 10 hours a day paid
15.89 before 10 hours – £17.72 pay after 10 hours work.
