Estate Agent Branch Manager

My clients are expanding and opening up a new estate agency branch in Lowestoft!

If you have at least two year’s estate agency experience in a Senior Position and are looking for the next step in your career with the opportunity to manage and run your own branch then this exciting opportunity could be for you!

We are looking for a dynamic individual who is keen to move into the position of a branch manager and excel in the role, you will be supported by a strong and established back up team to help grow the market share and maximise the income and profitability of the branch.

Skills : The skills required for this Branch Manager role will include :

• Experienced residential Estate Agent
• Experience in carrying out valuations
• Excellent sales ability
• High level of customer service skills
• Professional telephone manner and positive attitude
• Well presented ambitious and self-motivated
• Knowledge of the Lowestoft and the surrounding areas property market
• Full Driving License essential
• Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency

Salary £25,000 – £30,000 PLUS COMMISSION

Monday to Friday 9.00 – 17.00

Every Other Saturday 9.00 – 14.00
