Job Duties :
Lead and oversee all culinary & Hospitality operations
Develop innovative menus and ensure high-quality food production
Manage kitchen staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
Maintain inventory levels and control food costs
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Required Qualifications :
Proven experience as an Executive Head Chef or Head Chef in a Michelin-starred or 2 AA Rosette establishment
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Excellent culinary skills and creativity
Education :
Degree in Culinary Arts or relevant field
