ML76-  Senior Electrical Engineer. Salary : £45,000. Location :  Solihull. Overview : First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer on behalf of one of our clients.Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration. Duties and Responsibilities :

• Design Leadership : Produce detailed electrical designs, including power distribution, lighting, fire alarms, security systems, and renewable energy solutions, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations
• Project Management : Oversee the delivery of electrical engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction
• Collaboration : Work closely with clients, architects, and other engineers to develop tailored solutions that meet project requirements
• Technical Oversight : Review and approve designs, calculations, and specifications prepared by junior engineers and ensure quality assurance across all deliverables
• Mentorship : Provide guidance and support to junior engineers, fostering their development and encouraging a collaborative team environment
• Sustainability : Incorporate energy-efficient and sustainable design practices into project solutions
