About The Role

We are partnering with a leading boutique investment management firm that specializes in tax-efficient funds and products. The firm is seeking a talented Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of the tax team’s marketing strategy. This role involves working closely with senior leadership to understand business objectives and translating those into effective marketing plans. The ideal candidate will own the tax marketing initiatives, driving engagement, brand visibility, and educational efforts within the investment management space. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence the firm’s growth trajectory by crafting innovative marketing campaigns, managing content creation, and fostering strong cross-functional relationships with product, sales, and investment teams.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess a background in financial services, investments, or a regulated industry, with specific experience in tax-efficient investment products being highly advantageous. They should demonstrate proficiency in marketing automation tools and have a proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role. The candidate must be highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Office Suite, PowerPoint, and Excel, are required. A creative mindset, willingness to innovate, and a critical thinking approach are also key attributes for success in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Own and develop the tax marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and market trends.
  • Implement and manage content and email marketing campaigns across various platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Identify the needs of new and existing clients and tailor marketing initiatives to meet these requirements effectively.
  • Act as a primary marketing contact within the organization, building strong relationships with product, sales, and investment teams to support their marketing needs.
  • Develop educational initiatives such as webinars, workshops, and events to increase client engagement and understanding of tax-efficient investment solutions.
  • Collaborate with digital marketing teams to optimize online presence through paid advertising, SEO, and content marketing strategies.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Benefits

The role offers a competitive compensation package aligned with industry standards. In addition to salary, employees may enjoy various benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, professional development opportunities, and a supportive work environment that promotes work-life balance. The firm values its employees and invests in their growth, offering ongoing training and career advancement prospects. The position provides a dynamic and collaborative workplace, fostering innovation and leadership within the investment management sector.
