Electrical Maintenance Engineer (Cover Engineer, Semi Static) - Wembley, North West London - £40,000 - £42,000 + Van and Fuel Card

I have a fantastic opportunity to work for one of the leading FM companies in London who are working on a contract across North London. You will mainly be based on a site in Wembley and you will cover six other sites across London covering holiday and sickness. The role is paying up to £42,000 with a van and fuel card.

Basic Salary of £40,000 - £42,000
25 Days Annual leave + Bank Holidays

Genuine Career progression - would want the engineer to develop into supervisors and above.
Training Provided

Hours

Monday to Friday - 07 : 00 - 16 : 00 or 08 : 00 -17 : 00

Plenty of Overtime Available

Duties

Electrical and Mechanical PPM's and Reactive maintenance

General building services tasks

Emergency lighting, Fire alarms, FCU's, AHU's, HVAC plant, Water treatment

Landlord and Tenanted areas for large blue chip companies across the City & West End

Working across a portfolio of 10 Buildings providing cover for holidays and sickness

Requirements

Electrical - City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 or Equivalent

Commercial Building Maintenance Experience

Experience in statutory compliance - Water treatment, Fire alarms, Emergency lighting, Etc
