Job descriptionFinance AssistantOur client is renovating and moving to their Godstone offices in April 2025 and will be recruiting a Finance Assistant to join the team. The company has several offices in the home counties and are keen to hire someone with a positive attitude and a keen eye for detail. Experience using Sage 50 would be an advantage.Your job will be varied one and will involve;Fixed asset register maintenanceAssist in purchase data entry, resolving invoice queries, reconciling accountsAffiliated company bank entries / reconciliation, double entry and trial balance.Assist with supplier accounts, telephone enquiries and data runsNominal Ledger reconciliationsAdhoc office duties e.g. ensure stationery and kitchen is well stockedAbility to multi taskGeneral office adminThe successful person will have;Sage 50 experience an advantageGood Excel skillsStrong interpersonal skillsAll rounderFlexible and a can do attitudeHappy to work in a small team of 3What you can expect;Based in Godstone from April 2025 (currently in Leatherhead)27,000 - £30,000Monday – Friday, 8 : 30am – 5pm20 days holiday plus bank holidaysParking – onsitePension schemeRefer a friend and earn £100!
