I am seeking an experienced HR generalist to work as an Interim HR Adviser with a charity based in the City of London, for a period of 3 months from September to November. This role pays £40, per year on a salaried fixed term basis and can be carried out over 4 or 5 days per week on a hybrid working basis with 1 to 2 days per week in the office and the remainder working remotely.
Reporting to the Head of HR, your role will : –
- Support, advise and provide guidance to line managers on HR related queries and application of HR policy and process.
- Be first point of contact on Employee Relations issues, managing case work and ensuring escalation of any complex situations as appropriate.
- Produce regular KPI reports and ad hoc reports as required.
- Manage Recruitment, working closely with line managers to establish the best approach to sourcing candidates to ensure we retain and attract top diverse talent.
- Undertake job evaluations. using the in house benchmarking process.
- Manage training and development requirements following the annual performance management process and ad-hoc requests.
- Implement key activities of the employee life cycle and employee experience.
- HR project support.
