We have an opportunity for a Customer Care Co-ordinator to join our Commercial team in Whitefield, Manchester.

The Customer Care Co-ordinator will provide excellent customer service assisting in the day to day running of the customer care process within the commercial team. They will be the key contact for major customers, building strong working relationships and taking ownership of the customers. They will ensure orders adhere to forecast and proactively communicate with customers advising of any stock issues.
This is a fast paced role, where the successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a confident telephone manner and strong IT skills. They also require good organizational skills with great attention to detail.
This role is office based at our Whitefield, Manchester site.

This is what you’ll actually do!
As the Customer Care Co-ordinator you will be adaptable and able to deal with multiple tasks at one time. You will be the first point of contact for customers for stock / transport queries. Working with tight deadline you will be responsible for taking orders over the phone, handling customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner and processing orders. You will build strong rapports with the customers, our logistics partner and other departments within the business. You will be required to stock check and keep accurate records for documentation
