Teaching assistant

We are seeking a Teaching Assistant to join our supportive and dynamic team in the Huddersfield area. About the Role : As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the educational and personal development of students with complex needs. Your responsibilities will include :

• Assisting teachers in planning and delivering tailored educational activities.
• Providing one-on-one or small group support to students, ensuring they can access the curriculum effectively.
• Supporting students with personal care, mobility, and communication needs.
• Creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
• Monitoring and recording students’ progress and providing feedback to the teaching staff and parents. What We Offer :

• Experience working with children or young adults with complex needs.

• The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Relevant qualifications in education or special needs (preferred but not essential).
