Job Summary

MacDonald & Company are working with one of the largest real estate consultancies who are looking to appoint in to their Lease Advisory team.

The department focuses on; rent reviews and lease renewals as well as tactical Asset management including re gears, lease re-structuring and related consultancy assignments.

This position will involve providing advice to clients and supporting on instructions managed by senior Partners, as you form part of a multi-skilled team.

Further areas that you’ll cover are; capital markets, lease disposal or tenant representation expertise.

Salary up to 55,000 + DOE
