Hays are delighted to be working alongside Ards & North Down borough council, who are recruiting a Membership Sales Advisor to join their team atber leisure centre.

Your new role

You will be responsible for the monitoring of sales, retention and targets against agreed objectives. You will need to actively seek new members across a range of activities to include but not limited to fitness, spa and aqua, based on set targets. The role will also involve assisting the Fitness Officer with organising member and customer events and challenges within the 3 leisure centres while providing information to customers regarding a range of membership packages and the facilities available.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for this position, you must have a minimum of 1 year's experience in fitness membership sales. A recent employment reference will be needed.

What you'll get in return

This role offers an immediate start with Ards & North Down borough council for an initial 10-week duration. You will work 21 hours per week, with the typical shift times on a rotational shift pattern, and there is a possibility of weekend work. You will be paid weekly, with apetitive hourly rate on offer.
