- Maintaining and managing the school's ICT systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
- Troubleshooting technical issues and providing timely support to staff and students.
- Assisting with the installation and configuration of hardware and software.
- Conducting regular maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Managing user accounts and permissions, ensuring data integrity and privacy.
- Collaborating with the IT team to implement and support new initiatives.
