Are you a passionate and dedicated SEND Teacher looking for an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with special educational needs? We are seeking an experienced SEND Teacher to join our supportive team working with a small group of children (11) with SEMH and ASD needs. This role is a maternity cover position, offering a unique change to contribute to the development and well-being of our students.
- You will be providing high quality teaching of children.
- Develop and implement tailored learning plans to meet the individual needs of each student.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel safe and valued.
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and support staff, external professionals to deliver holistic support.
- Monitor and assess child progress, adapting teaching strategies where necessary, communicate effectively with parents.
