As a Finance Assistant, the ability to prioritize responsibilities and manage your time effectively comes naturally to you, ensuring efficiency with every detail you handle and see through to completion. You set high standards and work daily to push the limits of service quality.

Working closely with the local and international Finance team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day financial administration of TOPdesk UK. Reporting directly to the Managing Director of the UK, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with team members at all levels of the business.

What are your responsibilities?

Daily activities include, but are not limited to :

  • Performing financial and accounting activities in a timely manner
  • Preparing finance journal entries and account reconciliation reports
  • Evaluating financial documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Addressing financial issues and inquiries promptly
  • Maintaining accurate documentation for financial transactions
  • Performing month and quarter-end activities such as invoicing
  • Managing financial data in systems like LIFT and Business Central
  • Supporting accounts payable and receivable activities
  • Assisting in credit management and collections

Are you our new Finance Assistant?

  • Bachelor’s and / or Master’s degree
  • 1–3 years of relevant finance or accounting experience
  • Strong professional communication skills
  • Analytical and precise
  • Highly organized
