The Role :

We're looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This is a crucial client-facing role where you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients while actively generating new business opportunities.

What you'll do :

  • Drive self-generated lead acquisition through outbound prospecting
  • Identify and connect with potential clients across various channels
  • Manage and nurture ongoing client relationships
  • Present to clients - from initial pitches to project updates and strategy recommendations
  • Act as the bridge between our clients and our technical teams
  • Ensure client expectations are met and projects are delivered on time
  • Spot opportunities for account growth and upselling
  • Monitor project profitability and client satisfaction

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Proven track record in proactive lead generation and business development
  • 3 - 5 year background in sales and / or marketing
  • Experience managing client relationships in an agency or similar environment
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients
  • Excellent project management abilities
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
  • Good understanding of digital marketing, web design, and SEO fundamentals
