Job descriptionVARIETY OF SHIFTS AND LONG TERM ROLES Our client, a large global logistics company based in Hams Hall, Birmingham requires Customer Service Representatives, with positions leading to permanent after a successful trial period.
Working in a nice clean building and within a great team environment, the general duties will involve dealing with inbound / outbound calls from existing clients. Full training is provided, however the role will involve using computer systems therefore must be IT Literate.
Key Responsibilities :
- Working with a large number of existing clients and logging orders.
- Providing a great customer experience to internal and external clients.
- Dealing with customer queries professionally and efficiently
- Working within a team environment and to agreed timescales.
