My client are a well-established main contractor who are live with a new scheme based in Manchester. Projects tend to be high value, high rise residential urban living developments and commercial schemes.

Ideal Candidate :

Background managing high rise residential / commercial projects.

Driven and motivated attitude.

Strong organisation skills.

Duties include :

Overall management of the site workforce and being a line manager for Site Managers.

Holding progress meetings with the client.

Successfully directing the site management team through each phase of the project.

Ensuring Health, Safety and Quality is managed effectively.

Continuously evaluating sub-contractor capabilities advising Directors of their performance.

Identifying potential issues on site at the early stages and notifying Directors.

Supporting Site Managers with any build issues during the planning phase of the project.
