I am recruiting for a Reliability Manager to join an established FMCG manufacturer, responsible for leading the maintenance team, overseeing planned and reactive maintenance, minimizing downtime, and driving continuous improvement. This hands-on role requires a strong manufacturing background, ensuring machinery runs efficiently while working closely with production teams to maintain high operational standards and compliance with health and safety regulations. The successful Reliability Manager will have a proven track record of working in reliability roles and will be able to demonstrate this.

Skills required for the Reliability Manager :

• Proven experience in a maintenance leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working in a reliability role.
• Ability to manage a team and prioritize maintenance schedules effectively.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Have an engineering qualification.
