Job responsibilities

We are looking for a confident Day Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.

Youll be working 42hours a week, 12 hour day shifts, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Cygnet Nightingale.

Nightingale is a 10 bed specialist residential service for adults with autism and learning disabilities, who may present with behaviours that challenge. We aim to provide a safe, comfortable and effective care environment for those in our care, promoting independence and community integration.

Your day-to-day

  • Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
  • Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
