Job Title : Backend Developer – Go

Location : Bristol (Hybrid – 2 days in office, rest remote)

Role Type : Contract – 6 Months

Rate : £450 / day

About the Role :

We are looking for a talented Backend Developer to join our team in Bristol. You will be responsible for designing and developing secure, scalable enterprise-grade Go applications , optimizing backend systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

This is a hybrid role with 2 days in the office per week and occasional flexibility to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop secure, scalable Go applications for enterprise-grade solutions.
• Build and maintain REST APIs and microservices.
• Collaborate within a team and independently to deliver high-quality code.
• Optimize backend performance to meet demanding non-functional requirements (NFRs).
• Follow best coding practices, agile methodologies, and CI / CD processes .
• Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and continuous delivery pipelines.
