Job description

Make a Real Difference Every Day – Join Us as a SEN Teaching Assistant!

Crowborough | Full-Time | Term Time Only

Are you ready to step into a role where

every single day counts? Where your support, kindness, and creativity will help transform lives? If you’re looking for more than just a job — if you’re ready for purpose, passion, and possibility — then we want to hear from you.

This isn’t your average Teaching Assistant role. You’ll be joining a forward-thinking, inclusive setting that’s dedicated to empowering children and young people with complex learning needs. You’ll become part of a vibrant, compassionate team that truly celebrates individuality — and believes every child deserves to thrive.

What You’ll Be Doing :

Supporting students with a wide range of additional needs, including autism, speech and language difficulties, and physical or sensory challenges

Working closely with teachers and therapists to create engaging, accessible learning experiences

Helping pupils build confidence, communication skills, and independence

Using creativity, positivity, and patience to turn challenges into achievements

Contributing to a nurturing, joyful school environment where every success — big or small — is celebrated

What We’re Looking For :

A genuine passion for supporting children with special educational needs

Resilience, adaptability, and a proactive attitude

Team spirit and excellent communication skills

Experience in SEN settings is a bonus — but if you’re caring, curious, and eager to learn, we’ll support you every step of the way

Why You’ll Love It Here :

Work that’s

meaningful and deeply rewarding

Ongoing training and career development opportunities

A warm, welcoming team that supports each other

A beautiful, purpose-built environment designed with the needs of pupils at its heart

The chance to make a lasting impact in the lives of extraordinary young people

If you believe that every child deserves to feel seen, heard, and valued — and you want a role where you’ll grow just as much as the pupils do — this could be the perfect fit.
