Technical Support Engineer

We are delighted to be working with an established IT support company based in Salisbury, providing top-tier services to businesses across the region. We’re looking for a skilled Technical Support Engineer with Sophos firewall experience to join their friendly, growing team.What you’ll do :

• Provide remote and on-site IT support to local business clients
• Configure and troubleshoot Sophos firewalls
• Support Windows servers, Office 365, networking, and general IT infrastructure
• Work independently across multiple client sitesWhat we’re looking for :
• Strong Sophos firewall experience (required)
• 3+ years in IT support or field engineering
• Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
• Full UK driving license and own vehicleNice to have :
• Sophos certifications
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, Google Workspace)We offer :
